To answer your question, both Lufthansa and Singapore use the upper deck on the 747 for First class. I think that is a very nice touch. Very private. Until BA improves their first class, their upper deck business product will remain a much better value.

I have to admit that for the money they charge, product is below part. On the other hand service was amazing and so very personall that made up for everything.
